Responsibilities of the editorial board members

• Promote the Journals
  Actively enhance the visibility and reputation of the journal by sharing it within professional networks, recommending it to colleagues, and encouraging quality submissions from authors. Utilize academic conferences, social media, and professional associations to expand the journal’s reach and impact.

• Collaborate on Peer Review
  Work closely with the journal editor to ensure a thorough and timely peer-review process. Review manuscripts critically, providing constructive and fair feedback that adheres to the journal’s standards of quality and integrity. Uphold ethical guidelines to ensure academic integrity and prevent conflicts of interest.

• Participate in Academic Activities
  Take part in or organize conferences, seminars, webinars, and workshops related to the journal’s focus areas. Contribute to the creation of special issues or themed publications and foster collaborative academic discourse in the field.

• Supervise Journal Management
  Offer leadership and strategic guidance in shaping the journal’s policies, goals, and publication standards. Monitor submission trends and publication timelines to ensure efficient operations.

• Provide Strategic and Editorial Suggestions
  Identify emerging trends, topics of interest, and potential gaps in research to guide future thematic issues or editorial priorities. Provide actionable feedback to improve editorial workflows, enhance reader engagement, and increase the journal's impact factor.

• Foster Community Engagement
  Build relationships with authors, reviewers, and other editorial members to create a dynamic, collaborative, and inclusive academic community. Mentor early-career scholars by providing guidance on publishing best practices and manuscript development.

• Maintain Ethical Standards
  Uphold the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. Ensure that peer-review processes are confidential, fair, and free from bias, and promote practices that prevent plagiarism, data falsification, and other forms of misconduct.

2. Plagiarism and Data Integrity

   • Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited. This includes:
     • Failure to properly cite sources, including data, images, figures, and charts.
     • Self-plagiarism, where authors reuse substantial portions of their previously published work without appropriate citation or justification.
     • Falsification or fabrication of data or any form of research misconduct.
     • Simultaneous or redundant submission of the same manuscript to multiple journals.
   • If allegations of plagiarism or data manipulation are raised, the editorial board may request raw data or other evidence to investigate the claim. Failure to provide adequate evidence may result in immediate rejection or retraction of published articles.

3. Conflict of Interest Disclosure

   • Authors must disclose any potential or actual conflicts of interest in their submission.
   • This includes direct or indirect financial support, research funding, sponsorships, or any other form of material assistance that may influence the outcomes or interpretation of the research.
   • Authors are responsible for ensuring transparency and confirming that no undisclosed conflicts of interest exist.

4. Originality and Exclusivity of Submission

   • Authors must certify that the manuscript is original and has not been previously published or currently under consideration by any other journal or publication.
   • Submitting duplicate content or publishing the same research in multiple venues without permission is a serious violation of publishing ethics.

5. Adherence to Ethical Research Practices

   • Authors are expected to conduct research in accordance with the highest ethical standards, including obtaining proper institutional review board (IRB) approval for studies involving human subjects or animal research when applicable.

By adhering to these guidelines, authors contribute to the integrity and quality of scholarly publishing. Failure to comply with these ethical standards may lead to rejection of submissions, retraction of published papers, or other corrective measures.
